About MQ

Minh Q. Nguyen, also known as MQ,  is an experienced translator/interpreter and an author of The Red Wedding & The Ordinary Millionaire: From Poverty to Immigrant to Financial Freedom. MQ, his mother, and siblings came to the US when he was 12 years old and has been residing in West Michigan for over three decades.  

Growing up, MQ has always had the love for writing and training & development. He is also a financial coach and a speechwriter for family/local events in Vietnamese and English.  

Having personally struggled with the language barriers as a new immigrant in the 90s, MQ understands the obstacles that many people with little-to-no English skills face in the community.   

Professionally, he knows the challenges that business leaders and their employees pose regularly. Good communication in the workplace is already a challenge - having the language barriers could make things impossible! 

With ten years of  specializing in Vietnamese translations and interpretations in various industries, MQ is committed to help local businesses and the Vietnamese community bridge that communication gap.
